Application Process

PRE-REQUISITS FOR PMS -FRESH REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24

1. S.S.C Hall Ticket Details:
   • Hall ticket number
   • Year of pass
   • Type of pass (Regular/Supplementary/CBSE, etc.)
2. Aadhaar Card:
   • Student Aadhaar card number
   • If you don’t have an Aadhaar card, visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Centre for enrollment.
   • If you’ve enrolled for Aadhaar and have the Enrolment Number (EID), verify your Aadhaar status here.
3. Caste Certificate:
   • Obtain the caste certificate from the Meeseva Centre.
4. Income Certificate:
   • Obtain the income certificate from the Meeseva Centre after 01-04-2023.
5. Bank Account (Not Required for EBC Students):
   • Open a bank account in any of the nationalized banks. Refer to the list of nationalized banks.
6. Mobile Number:
   • Students should have a mobile number for receiving the one-time password (OTP) during the application registration process. The mobile number can belong to the student or any family member.
7. Study/Bonafide Certificate:
   • Provide the study/bonafide certificate covering the last seven consecutive years of study.
8. CET (Common Entrance Test) Allotment Order:
   • Furnish the CET allotment order if you are pursuing CET courses.
9. Intermediate Admission:
   • If you are an intermediate student, register in ePASS by completing online admission in the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) Portal through your college principal.
10. Application Processing:
    • PMS applications registered in ePASS under ‘FRESH’ will be processed subject to college confirmation by the concerned university registrars and eligibility of the student for the academic year 2023-24.

• Aadhaar Card of the Student
• Bank Pass Book (First Page): This should show the student’s name, bank account number, and IFSC code of the bank branch. Note that this is not required for EBC (Economically Backward Class) students.
• Study/Bonafide Certificate: This certificate should cover the last seven consecutive years of study. It is essential for students referred to at point number 7 in the eligibility criteria.
• CET (Common Entrance Test) Allotment Order: Required for students pursuing CET courses.
